Subtechnologies 2655 NE Hagan Road, Lee's Summit, Missouri. Completed Summer 2007. Landscaping for this new distribution facility had to satisfy the City's stringent Landscape Ordinance.  Requisite plant numbers, species mixtures and placements were all identified.  Regionally native plant material was used heavily and was bedded together to minimize the maintenance typical of individually placed trees or shrubs.   Parking lot screening was accomplished with a combination of earthen berms and plant material to help mitigate the 50,000sf of parking lot and driveway surfaces.   Plants were placed according to their ability to compliment the building entrance either by size, color or massing in this $56,000 landscaping project.
